Bhutan King And Queen Will Be Welcoming A Royal Baby In 2016!

Bhutan, a country well-known for its breathtaking natural landscapes and rich culture has a good news to share. Dragon King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, has announced that his 25-year-old wife Jetsun Pema, is pregnant with a royal baby – a boy that will be due in February 2016.

The King rejoice and said that their unborn son is’extremely fortunate’ as he will be born in Bhutan! Indeed! According to Telegraph, “Bhutan is the happiest country in Asia, and the eighth in the world..”

The royal couple has been married for four years, one that tells a sweet and romantic tale. Their love story began when they met at a family picnic when the King was 17-year-old and the queen was 7-year-old. According to The Daily Mail, the young King then told Jetsun, the Dragon Queen that,”When you grow up, if I am single and not married and if you are single and not married, I would like you to be my wife, provided we still feel the same.” Although Bhutan allows polygamous relationships, the King has pledged that he will remain married to his current wife only.

Congratulations to the royal family for the little bundle of joy coming their way! We can’t wait to meet the royal baby! If you are a first-time parent like the royal family, learn how you can survive the nine months of your pregnancy.
