    • Dear Joxin, some of these activities are exclusively for Singaporean and PRs only. I understand from these organizations that it might be tedious to control who can get in free or who can get the discounts. It’s a joyous occasion, let us share the joy with everyone :)

Leo on July 28, 2015 AT 9:02 pm
    • Dear Bharat,

Most of the these benefits are for Singaporean. A few of the listed attractions are applicable for everyone, depending on where you are thinking of going. There’s something for everyone :)

Crystal Tan on August 3, 2015 AT 9:22 am
  14. Appreciate all these efforts put forward. As we celebrate SG50, I feel distinction between Singapore citizen & Singapore PR needs to be clearer. Though I note the contribution by PR to SG, ultimately we are celebrating 50 years of independence. Hence, I would suggest any free admissions/discounted pricing have to be relook and PR though should enjoy the priviledges, should not be entitled exactly as a Singaporean. It would be better for them to enjoy 50% discount where Singaporeans enjoy the full discount.

Mr Kok on July 16, 2015 AT 9:54 am Reply
    • Dear Mr Kok, I think there are some attractions for everyone, while some are exclusively for Singaporeans only. I guess there’s a reason for why it was arranged like this now. But it’s a good point for organizers to reflect again with more experience. :)
